My educational background is both diverse and robust. I hold an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and a Paralegal Certificate from Trident Technical College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from The Citadel. This foundation, coupled with hands-on experience as a rental property investor, gives me a unique perspective on both the legal and financial aspects of real estate.
